"Having arrived in Quebec in February 2011, I joined Blue Cross in August of the same year. I started in the mailroom, distributing documents to the various departments. It was my first job in Quebec and the beginning of an incredible journey! Today, 12 years later, I’m a Business Analyst on the IT team. This role allows me to analyze and continually improve our processes to better serve our customers and our organization.
